You are at Gageron located at one stone throw from Arles, in the heart of the ornithological park, close to the Vaccarès lake. You can easily reach Avignon, Saintes Maries de la Mer or Saint Remy de Provence and discover, during those breaks, the wildlife and the contrasting landscape of the area. The Camargue is a part of France's province of Provence, one of the most natural and unspoiled parts of the land.

Built with traditional materials, guardian houses de la Grand Mar provide high quality comfort and can accommodate up to 6 people. They include a living-room, lounge, kitchen fully outfitted, bedrooms totalizing 2 bunk beds, a double bed, a sofa-bed, bathroom with tub, terrace equipped with garden furniture, Internet, air conditioning. Welcome to the Carmargue in France for a weekend or more so as to enjoy quietness, wild natur and sunny beaches.

Nearby the guardian houses, the nice city of Arles, which is also the meeting place for ferias and bullfights, is interesting thanks to its rich cultural heritage. Nature lovers will be charmed by the Alpilles mountain. Not far away, Saint Remy de Provence and its green fragrant valleys, the ancient Avignon's back streets, Salin de Giraud, nice village with a large unspoilt beach suitable for swimming and relaxing, Saintes Maries de la Mer at the edge of Mediterranean where you can enjoy the pleasure of watersports and visit the Baroncelli museum which depicts the history and the traditions of the village.
