This small stone-built house, joint with third and renovated in 2001 is located in the borough of Pleudihen sur Rance, near the medieval city of Dinan and Saint Malo, the corsair's city. The borough is well-known for its lovely "Musée de la pomme et du cidre" and its local entertainments on the Rance which benefits from an equipped beach. This very comfortable house is made of visible beams, floors, apparent stones and a very nice yard. Bakery, food store, restaurant, butcher's shop at one minute by foot.

It can accomodate 2 adults, 1 child and is fitted out with 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, no additionnal sleeping available,living Room, fully equipped kitchen, private utilities, garden furniture, shower, radiator, fireplace, TV room, fridge, dish-Washer, washing machine, flat iron and ironing board, table-Ware, bed linen, barbecue stove.
