What's the aim of the medium price indicated ? How doing an advanced search on the site per medium price ?Regarding stopover hostels and guest rooms, the medium price is indicated per night, for a double room, all seasons without distinction. Regarding other types of rentals, the medium price is indicated per week, according to the number of people specified on the title of your ad.

Is it necessary to establish a rental agreement ?The rental agreement is not compulsory but remains strongly advised. The agreement fixes the conditions of the hiring in order to avoid litigations between owners and vacationers. The agreement shall indicate the following information:
- the exact address of the rental
- the duration of the rental
- The arrival and departure dates of the vacationer, the dates on which will be made the inventory of fixtures (arrival and departure)
- The amount of the guarantee, conditions and restitution delay
- The amount of the charges
- Insurances
Before reaching any agreement, the owner shall give the vacationer a document detailing the description of the rental, the precise location (city, address…) as well as the conditions of the rent. The best is that the owner provides a detailed plan of the place and gives precise details on the hiring. Arriba
What is the difference between deposit, guarantee, withdrawal and downpayment ?The sum you pay out at the time of booking is called deposit, guarantee or withdrawal.
Withdrawal : the owner reserves the possibility not to fulfil the agreement. If it is the case, he shall refund the withdrawal.
Deposit : each part is free to withdraw. If you break the contract, you lose your deposit. If the owner breaks the contract, he shall reimburse the double of it.
Downpayment : committment is firm and final and cannot be broken. If there is a withdrawal from the holidaymaker, the latter loses its downpayment and the owner can request the outstanding amount. Regarding the owner, he has the obligation to rent the place. If he cannot, he shall restitute the received downpayment and the holidaymaker can ask for damages.
Guarantee : the owner can ask for a guarantee. The sum will be restituted at the end of the stay, after the inventory of fixtures. The owner can restitute the guarantee a few days after your departure but this shall be indicated on the agreement. The amount of the guarantee shall be indicated on the contract too. Usually, it represents about 20 to 25 % of the total amount of the vacation rental. Arriba
